The new community will revitalize the unique site, with 11 condo lofts in the heritage designated school building, which dates back to 1912 and is a short walk from Old Newmarket’s Main Street and its boutique shops and restaurants.
There will be 14 new two-storey free-hold townhomes measuring around 2,000 square feet alongside the restored former schoolhouse, in which lofts range from 650 to 1,400 square feet.
